We retain inquiry data for a maximum of 12 months from the date of last contact, or longer where required by an active engagement or legal obligation. After this period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

We implement reasonable security measures including: HTTPS/TLS encryption; access controls; WordPress security best practices; and anti-spam rate-limiting. In the event of a notifiable data breach, we will inform the PDPC and affected individuals within 3 business days.
8. Overseas Transfer of Personal Data
Your data may be stored on servers outside Singapore via our hosting provider. We take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients maintain a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.
9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use strictly necessary functional cookies (WordPress admin session cookies, CSRF nonce tokens). We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on the public-facing website. Our website loads Google Fonts from Google’s servers.
10. Your Rights Under the PDPA

- Right to Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent at any time with reasonable notice.
